PPS |
Scientists have recently made a disturbing viral discovery. The concerned contagious virus termed PPS, or Post-Prelim Syndrome, has a tendency of attacking teens aged 16. It is a highly dangerous airborne virus which everyone should take precautions against.
As of date, a vast number of secondary four students have been affected by this disease, all of which have recently completed their preliminary examinations. Many parents have already voiced their concern, asking if this disease is fatal and if their children are capable of recovering before their GCE 'O' Level Examinations which will take place this November.
Bob, whose name has been changed on his request, is a victim of the airborne disease. Bob, along with many others, was comtaminated by the virus when it circulated within Fairfield Methodist Secondary School's Chen Su Lan Hall. He is currently suffering from stage 2 of this disease. His symptoms include late nights on the computer, excessive text messaging and calls on the phone, long hours of playing the guitar as well as being intoxicated by the lethal drugs, Playstation 2 and Resident Evil 4. When urged to see a doctor, Bob viciously replied: "I have no intention of even trying to recover for a while. Now I'm contagious and loving it, bite me."

The stages of this syndrome include:
- Stage 1 - Frequent outings with fellow victims.
- Stage 2 - Shows signs of utter disregard for studies.
- Stage 3 - Displays rebellious behaviour and suffers from depression.
Teens aged 16 are asked to take precautions against the Post-Prelim Syndrome by turning to educational books and mixing around with excessively hardworking people commonly termed as "nerds". Otherwise, symptoms that surface might prove lethal.
